WHAT'S A PO'BOY?
A Po Boy = a New Orleans inspired, deep filled overnight baguette with a hot combo of southern spiced goodness. Dressed = with salad!
Originally from the New Orleans Deep South. Po Boys were bought to this earth by two brothers named Benny and Clovis when they wanted a sandwich worthy enough to hand out to men who were making the world a better place - by striking for better pay!
Why the name Po-Boy? The rumour is that when they were ordered in a New Orleans bar, the waitress would shout, “here comes another poor boy!” which eventually got shortened to Po’Boy.
