WHAT'S A PO'BOY?
A Po Boy = a New Orleans inspired, deep filled overnight baguette with a hot combo of southern spiced goodness. Dressed = with salad!
Originally from the New Orleans Deep South. Po Boys were bought to this earth by two brothers named Benny and Clovis when they wanted a sandwich worthy enough to hand out to men who were making the world a better place - by striking for better pay!
Why the name Po-Boy? The rumour is that when they were ordered in a New Orleans bar, the waitress would shout, “here comes another poor boy!” which eventually got shortened to Po’Boy.
By eating at Soul Fish, you’ll also be helping some of the world’s poorest communities to feed their children and break the poverty cycle. Through Bristol based micro-finance charity Deki.
